1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Furniture must be in its original condition and free from damage, wear, or modifications.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Custom or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +2547 50 77 88 99 to request a Return Authorization number.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse at [Return Address]. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
- For larger furniture items, we can arrange a return pick-up service for an additional fee.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any associated shipping costs.
